Evaluation: A complete interview of your running history and future running goals will result in a detailed report of how TEIL Training will work for you. Registration:Once you decide on which TEIL Training Level best fits your needs, our staff will design your personalized training program.Start: Now it's time to begin! This is the most exciting part and TEIL Training is confident you will be pleased with your results! It will take approximately one to two weeks to design your TEIL Training Program once you register. | ||||
